SURE-FOOTEDNESS THANKS TO ANTI-SLIP

by Ayotec

Our specially developed high-tech brushes are used to treat the surfaces. We thus gently remove layer formations, dirt of all kinds and epoxy haze without damaging the surfaces.
Anti-slip crystallization with specially developed Swiss formula.

Our specially developed formula is gentle on the surfaces. Our crystallization can be applied to all surfaces.
By anchoring themselves in the micro pores, the crystals cause them to stand up when wet and thus very effectively prevent slipping.
Conventional anti-slip liquids that have to etch the surfaces must damage the surfaces in the long run. After some time, the plates have to be replaced!
This results in a considerable additional effort, which you can avoid with our GRIPswiss system.
Our anti-slip crystallization gently increases the slip resistance class to the required values that are required.

Sure-footedness in outdoor, indoor pools & SPA

by Ayotec

The BFU recommends that wet-loaded barefoot areas such as swimming pools meet the slip resistance group GB1-GB3 / GS1-GS4 in the corresponding areas. List of requirements R9811Floor coverings.Slip resistance decreases due to layer formation, improper cleaning or poorly balanced cleaning agents.

That's why we have our grip systems to restore safety. In the sauna area, the risk of slipping quickly increases due to essential oils and sweat!!

-Analysis according to bfu meets test regulation element SN/EN 16165
-Non-slip concept
-Periodic measurements
-Documentation
-Maintenance contracts for long-lasting surefootedness
-Object-related pattern creation

Outdoor pools, indoor pools and spa! Preventive restoration of surefootedness in the private and public sectors.

Measurement with the sliding meter

Tribometer FSC 2011 / GMG 200

We use our tribometer to measure the required measuring points in accordance with SN/EN 16165 and thus determine the slip resistance.
This results in the evaluation groups according to bfu. GS1-GS4 Classifications for Footwear Flooring
Evaluation group according to
bfu/Empa/Uni Wuppertal 0.60 μ GS 4

Rating group according to bfu/Empa/Uni Wuppertal 0.60 μ GS 4
0,45 µ < 0,60 µ. GS 3
0,30 µ < 0,45 µ. GS 2
0,20 µ < 0,30 µ. GS 1

(Floor coverings for which sliding friction coefficients of μ 0.20 with water with 0.5 % wetting agent or 91 % with glycerine result from μ 0.15 are not classified)
GB1-GB3 Classifications for Barefoot Floor Coverings

Rating group according to bfu/Empa/Uni Wuppertal 0.60 μ GB 3
0.45 μ < 0.60 μ GB 2
0.30 μ < 0.45 μ GB 1
(Floor coverings for which sliding friction coefficients of μ 0.30 are not classified)

The measurements are documented by us before treatment and follow-up treatment so that they can be presented if necessary.

-Identification and analysis of danger zones
-Regular monitoring and maintenance of the floor coverings
-Adaptation to your security needs Documented measurement results
-Reliable laboratory evaluations

Safety through maintenance and measurement! Your package for all-round protection. Slip resistance measurements and analyses according to SN/EN 16165.

Colour deepening system through colouring

Colorize

Colour deepening through colouring! System for the restoration of faded, corrosive or calcified, natural & artificial stone slabs. With this surface treatment, we bring back the original design, thanks to the color recess they look fresh and colorful again!

Colour deepening through colouring! Unique system for the restoration of faded, corroded or calcified, natural & artificial stone slabs.

Professional removal of epoxy resin / cement film

Epoxid

Epoxy adhesives and epoxy resins are versatile substances for bonding and fastening. However, knowing how to use epoxy resin correctly is key to preventing the adhesive from going where you don't want it to go, and potentially causing mess and damage.

However, if the damage has occurred and epoxy resin has gotten on skin, objects, or other surfaces, the properties of casting resin are a problem because:
-The adhesion is extraordinarily good
-Cured, epoxy resin is extremely hard and stable

Cement veils are unsightly – but can be removed. Specifically, a cement veil is residues of cementitious grout that is deposited on the tiles after they have been laid.
As specialists, we have the solution !!

-Assessment of surface finish
-Remove cement haze
-Remove epoxy resin veil
-Completion Measurement Certificate

Remove cement and epoxy resin residues completely and cleanly.

Surface Consolidation & Hydrophobization

Hydrophobic treatment

are a very good means to make many building materials such as bricks and natural stones water-repellent and "self-cleaning" (nano-effects). Hydrophobic treatment can therefore be used for:
-Concrete (indoors and outdoors, including building structures)

-Wood (e.g. in shipbuilding, but also on buildings)
-all textiles and leather
-Tiles, fittings, sinks, shower screens
-most wall building materials (bricks, sand-lime bricks, brick masonry, gypsum-based building materials, but not)
-Many façade building materials (façade plasters, silicate paints for facades, mortars)
-Natural stones (if they are suitable for this)

A very important advantage of hydrophobic treatment is certainly the protection of the building material from penetrating water and thus from weathering, cracking and frost damage (spalling). It is also very advantageous that due to the repulsion of the water, hardly any dirt, salts, algae or fungi accumulate on the surface.
